How much do your shirts and merchandise cost?
Price is determined based on order quantity, garment or product selection, decoration, and art fees (when applicable).
How long does it take for my order to be complete?
Our standard turnaround time for an order is 7-10 business days. Rush services are offered upon request. Rush fees are based on urgency.
What is your order minimum?
Twelve pieces is the minimum for screen printing or embroidery. Minimums vary for promotional products.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! All orders require a proof approval before the order can go into production. Digital proofs are sent over email within 72 hours of scheduled production.
I don’t have artwork, or I’m not sure if my artwork is printable. Can your team help with that?
Yes! We have a passionate team of graphic artists who are eager to assist you with your project. Price is based on an hourly rate. If you are submitting your own artwork, please follow these guidelines.
How will I receive my order when it’s finished? May I pick it up?
For standard non-rush orders, we will ship to the address of your choice via UPS or FedEx Ground service at no additional charge. Rush orders may require expedited shipping, which will be priced based on current rates. Customer pick-ups are not an option at this time.
Do you offer products other than t-shirts?
Yes! We offer a lot more than just our high quality screen printed t-shirts and apparel. We also offer embroidery, signage and promotional products! If you’re looking for a unique promo item, please do not hesitate to ask as we can likely source it for you!
How do I pay for my order?
Once your proof is approved, first time customers must settle up via credit card or direct bank transfer before production. Orders can be paid for via check as well. Please contact us for details if you plan to pay via check or want to place an order via purchase order.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you discover you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately either via email to John@speedybeetees.com or give us a call at 404.293.0099 and we will get things sorted in the appropriate manner.
